In the recent Made by Google event, the latest Pixel devices and several AI advancements were introduced. One of the most intriguing features announced was Gemini Live, developed by Google. This AI support, which offers more advanced capabilities than Google Assistant, also provides a conversational experience on your phone.
What is Gemini Live?
Gemini Live, introduced by Google at the Made by Google event, is one of the most powerful AI chatbots available and is now accessible for Android users. Similar to the feature found in ChatGPT, Gemini Live allows for two-way voice conversations and has been released for Pixel and select Samsung phones.
Although it’s a new release, Gemini Live is already available to Gemini Advanced subscribers. Currently, it is only available for Pixel phones and select Galaxy devices. If you don’t have a Samsung or Pixel device, you’ll need to subscribe for 719.99 TL per month to use this feature.
How to Use Gemini Live on Your Device:
If you want to use the Gemini Live feature on your device, follow these steps:
- Update the Google Gemini app on your phone.
- Update the Google app as well.
- Log in to your Google Account using your Gemini Advanced subscription.
- Open the Gemini app.
- Click the AI Voice button located at the bottom right corner.
- Once you see the Gemini Live screen, click the Start button to initiate a voice conversation.
If you don’t see the feature after updating, it might not be integrated into your account or device yet. Currently, Gemini Live supports only the English language, but more language options are expected to be added in the coming months.
